Welcome
Welcome to the inaugural Impactful Leaders Conference.
We recognise that building our leadership confidence and capability must start from the top! Our conference will seek to embed our leadership expectations and outline the priority that we are placing on leadership confidence and capability at all levels.
During the conference you will have the opportunity to hear the same message and expectations from our Senior Executive, while supporting your own leadership confidence and capability, connecting, and building knowledge, through shared experience and peer learning.
We appreciate the investment of your time and encourage you to be present, focus on your learning and reflect on what you will take away from the conference, to help build a strong leadership culture, both within your work areas and across the Tribunal.
To support you during and post the conference, we have provided you with access to a series of documents, presentations and workbooks.
