The Administrative Review Tribunal’s inaugural annual report was tabled in Parliament on 3 October 2025.

The report, for the financial year ending 30 June 2025, provides overviews from our President and Chief Executive Officer and Principal Registrar, and information about the Tribunal’s performance and activities in 2024–25. It includes:

• results against key performance measures  
• caseload information across our jurisdictional areas
• details about service delivery and user experience improvements
• information about workforce and organisational development
• a report on our financial performance.  

The annual report also includes information about the former Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Immigration Assessment Authority, which ceased operations when they were replaced by the Tribunal on 14 October 2024.
