The APS Employee Census (the Census) is an annual survey designed to capture the views of our APS employees on a range of work-related topics, including employee engagement, leadership, communication, innovation and wellbeing.
The information collected from the Census informs improvements to our workplace practices, policies and strategies at the Tribunal, as well as the broader APS.
Our Census results and action plans
Each year, we publish our Census results and an action plan to address any findings. This also helps us contribute to one of the priorities of APS Reform: for an APS that is a model employer.
