Hearing, sight or speech support
National Relay Service
If you are d/Deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech/communication difficulty you can use the National Relay Service (NRS) to help you contact us by:
- choosing an NRS number or link on their website
- giving the NRS our phone number: 1800 228 333.
Physical access
All our premises are wheelchair accessible and have accessible bathrooms.
We have portable hearing loop systems in all our locations.
You may be able to join Tribunal hearings and other case events by phone or video link instead of going in person. Please contact us to discuss your needs or give us this information when you apply for a review.
Language, translating and interpreting services
We can help you in your language by:
- arranging and paying for an interpreter for hearings and other case events
- providing translated information
- speaking with you through an interpreter.

This website also meets Australian Government requirements. We will make changes in future, based on your feedback and as we work towards meeting WCAG 2.2 requirements.
