The Tribunal's Member code of conduct supports fair and just decision-making to promote public trust and confidence in the Tribunal. It sets out the standards of behaviour expected of non‑judicial Tribunal members in line with our objective. 

The code covers integrity, independence, impartiality, courtesy and respect, confidentiality, and appropriate conduct within and outside of the Tribunal, including the use of social media and generative AI. It also outlines the support available to help members meet their obligations.
