Online security
The Administrative Review Tribunal (the Tribunal) applies a range of security controls to protect its website and online services from unauthorised access, following industry best practice and adhering to Australian Federal Government cyber-security guidance. This includes the Protective Security Policy Framework and the Australian Signals Directorate Information Security Manual.
Users should be aware that the World Wide Web is an insecure public network giving rise to a potential risk that users’ transactions are viewed, intercepted or modified by third parties or that files downloaded may contain computer viruses, disabling codes, worms or other devices or defects. The Tribunal accepts no liability for any interference with or damage to a user's computer system, software or data occurring in connection with or relating to the use of the Tribunal's online services.
Users are encouraged to take appropriate and adequate precautions to ensure that whatever is selected from this site is free of viruses or other contamination that may interfere with or damage the user's computer system, software or data. To find out how, visit the Australian Cyber Security Centre.
Vulnerability disclosure program
We have a vulnerability disclosure program that helps us to improve the security of the Tribunal’s products and services. The program provides a way for security researchers and other parties to notify us if they have found a potential security vulnerability on our website.
