President Justice Emilios Kyrou recently signed a new Practice Direction with a focus on the role of litigation supporters.

The Administrative Review Tribunal (Litigation Supporter) Practice Direction 2025 [PDF, <1 MB] (Litigation Supporter Practice Direction) makes directions about the role and obligations of a litigation supporter, and when one can be appointed or removed.

This is the 7th Practice Direction to be adopted by the Tribunal. The first 6 Practice Directions have been in operation for several months and are currently under review. You can give your feedback on the 6 earlier Practice Directions by completing the relevant survey before Thursday 26 June 2025.
