The Administrative Review Tribunal corporate plan is the primary planning document that sets out our purpose from 2025–26 to 2028–29. It outlines 5 performance measures that will assess our performance over this period.  

It also describes the work we plan to do in order to carry out our key activities of:  

• undertaking merits review of administrative decisions in accordance with the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024
• improving transparency and quality of government decision-making  
• promoting public trust and confidence in the Tribunal.
