eCase Search gives you online access to publicly available information about some Tribunal applications. This includes applications lodged for the following types of cases:
- Freedom of information
- National Disability Insurance Scheme, for applications lodged prior to 28 March 2025
- Taxation
- Veterans’ entitlements
- Some other jurisdictions.
eCase Search does not include information about the following types of cases:
- Immigration and citizenship
- National Disability Insurance Scheme, for applications lodged from 28 March 2025
- Security
- Social services
- Child support
- Guidance and Appeals Panel.
Applications with confidentiality restrictions are also excluded.
Information about a case is usually available 7 days after the application has been lodged.
