We have updated most of our practice directions following feedback from applicants, representatives, advocates and other Tribunal users.
To help users prepare for the changes, we have published the updated directions ahead of the date they will come into effect. They will apply to new and existing applications for review from 2 March 2026.
The following practice directions are for information purposes only:

When these revised practice directions come into effect, they will move to the Practice directions and other guidance page to replace the existing directions.
When are the changes being made?
You should use the current practice directions until 2 March 2026 when the updated directions are in effect.
