To help us measure our performance and identify ways to improve our services, the Tribunal conducts an annual User Feedback Survey.

We have engaged an independent research company, Portable, to administer an anonymous online survey on our behalf.

If you were involved in a Tribunal case that was finalised between 1 December 2025 and 31 March 2026, you may receive an email or SMS invitation to participate in the survey. Your feedback will help us improve how we deliver our services.

Participation is voluntary, and any information you provide will remain confidential.

We value your feedback. If you receive an invitation and choose to take part, we encourage you to complete the survey by Monday 22 June 2026.
