The Tribunal will be closed for the public holidays during the December and January holiday period, but you can still access our online services to lodge applications and submit documents.  

All registries will be closed on:

• Thursday 25 December 2025
• Friday 26 December 2025
• Thursday 1 January 2026  

Our Canberra, Darwin and Hobart registries will be closed between Thursday 25 December 2025 and Thursday 1 January 2026.

All registries will reopen on Friday 2 January 2026.

You can still apply for a review using our online services or contact us in other ways during this period.  

Responding within a timeframe

If you have been given a date by which your application or documents must be submitted, you can use our online services so that you do not miss the deadline for submission.

If you plan to send an application or documents through the post, please be aware that there may be delays in postal delivery during this period.
