The Australian Public Service (APS) Employee Census is an annual survey that asks our APS staff about their experiences at work. It covers a range of work-related topics, including employee engagement, leadership, communication, innovation and wellbeing.
Census results are used to improve workplace practices, policies and strategies at the Tribunal and across the APS.
Our Census results and action plans
Each year, we publish our Census results and an action plan to address any findings. This also helps us support the APS Reform priority of building a public service that is a model employer.
